A short email to express my gratitude for the beautiful presentation of the Wedding Cake you made and delivered for us on Saturday 14th February 2009.
The comments we received from the Guests were extremely complimentary. Not just how it was presented, but the amazing taste.  As you were aware my daughter Kristie (Bride) was arriving home from Melbourne only 2 days before the Wedding so for her the first sighting was when she walked into the Reception Venue. She told me it was everything she had hoped for!!!
Once again thank you most sincerely for the  beautiful Wedding Cake and also for the Professional Service that I have received from you during the process.
